The YPG pressure spray dryer is designed with high-pressure atomization and instantaneous drying as its core, achieving continuous transformation of liquid materials into powders or granules.
The material is pressurized by a high-pressure pump and fed into a pressure atomizer, where it is sprayed at high speed into micron-sized droplets, significantly increasing the specific surface area. The hot air, after being heated and evenly distributed, enters the drying tower and contacts the droplets in co-current flow, achieving heat and mass transfer within seconds, enabling rapid evaporation of moisture.
The dried powder is collected at the base of the tower, while the tail gas carries fine powder into the cyclone separator and dust removal device, achieving gas-solid separation and material recovery. The purified tail gas is discharged after meeting emission standards. The entire system adjusts atomization pressure, air volume, and temperature to adapt to different material properties, ensuring stable production of uniform powder with fully automated continuous operation.
