Analysis of the Fluidized Drying Principle in FG Vertical Boiling Dryers

The FG vertical fluidized drying machine utilizes the principle of solid fluidization to achieve material dehydration and drying, primarily used for processing powdered and granular raw materials. The entire operation is completed in steps within a sealed vertical cylinder.
The FG vertical fluidized drying,The external air is first filtered and dust-removed through multi-stage filters, then sent to the heat exchange unit for temperature increase. Controlled-temperature hot air is introduced from the bottom of the equipment, flowing upward at a uniform speed through a porous distribution plate with evenly spaced air vents. Wet material is fed from the hopper into the drying chamber. When the hot air velocity reaches the critical value, the material particles detach from the bed surface, suspending and tumbling inside the cylinder to form a fluidized state similar to liquid boiling, ensuring thorough mixing and contact between the gas-solid phases.
The FG vertical fluidized drying,Hot air continuously transfers heat to the particles, causing the internal moisture of the material to diffuse outward and vaporize. The water vapor is then expelled along with the rising exhaust gases. Larger particles with higher moisture content fall back into the bed layer and continue to be dried by heat, while fine powder particles rise with the tail gas and are intercepted and recovered by filter bags at the top of the equipment, preventing material loss and dust leakage.
The entire drying process operates under full enclosure and negative pressure, adapting to temperature-sensitive and ordinary materials by regulating air volume and hot air temperature. Leveraging the high-efficiency heat exchange characteristics of fluidization, it shortens the drying cycle and achieves uniform material dehydration.
