The hot air employs a counterflow circulation process, where high-temperature, low-humidity air penetrates through the material layers from the bottom upward, facilitating thorough heat and mass exchange with the wet material. After moisture evaporation, the air carries the vapor away with exhaust gases, completing the entire drying process.
The DW multi-layer belt dryer features a compact structure and small footprint, allowing for adjustable belt speed, hot air temperature, and airflow based on material characteristics to accommodate various drying processes. With high automation, it operates continuously throughout the entire process, significantly reducing labor intensity. The equipment is equipped with a bottom discharge chute and a quick-open cleaning door for easy removal of residual powder, ensuring simple maintenance.
