The JYG paddle dryer is a horizontal agitated continuous drying equipment, widely used in industries such as chemicals, environmental protection, and food due to its unique structure and high efficiency, suitable for various materials including paste, granules, and powders.
The JYG paddle dryer.The core of the equipment features a dual-axis reverse low-speed rotating structure, with densely arranged wedge-shaped hollow blades on the hollow shaft and a jacketed shell. During operation, thermal media such as steam and thermal oil enter the hollow shaft, blades, and shell jacket via rotary joints, transferring heat indirectly through metal walls to prevent heat loss by hot air, achieving a thermal efficiency of 80%-90%. The wedge-shaped blades continuously flip materials during rotation while utilizing material friction and blade scraping to achieve self-cleaning of the heat exchange surface, preventing high-viscosity materials from adhering and clumping.
The entire machine adopts a fully enclosed design, minimizing dust dispersion and enabling the condensation and recovery of organic solvents, making it suitable for toxic and volatile materials. With its compact structure and high heat exchange area per unit volume, the equipment occupies only one-third the space of a drum dryer at the same production capacity, effectively saving factory space. Additionally, the material residence time is adjustable, allowing the machine to perform multiple processes such as drying, cooling, and sterilization in a single operation, catering to a wide temperature range from -40°C to 320°C.
