The ZKG Vacuum Harrow Dryer is a horizontal intermittent vacuum drying equipment. Relying on the vacuum environment and Vacuum Harrow Dryer structure, it can adapt to various special materials, achieving low-temperature, uniform, and efficient drying treatment.
This machine is suitable for processing viscous, paste-like, powdered, and fibrous materials, covering industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food sectors. For heat-sensitive materials, the vacuum environment reduces solvent boiling points, enabling low-temperature drying at 40-80°C to prevent decomposition, active component loss, and maintain the original properties of the materials. For materials prone to oxidation, explosion, strong irritation, or extreme toxicity, the enclosed vacuum environment isolates oxygen, preventing oxidation, spoilage, and safety hazards while also avoiding the volatilization and leakage of toxic substances.
Additionally, it can handle materials with high moisture content (15%-90%), where the low-speed stirring by rake teeth continuously updates the heating surface of the material, preventing wall sticking and coking while ensuring uniform heating. The moisture content after drying can be reduced to below 0.1%. For materials containing organic solvents, volatile solvents can be recovered, minimizing loss and pollution, thereby balancing environmental protection and economic efficiency.
