The DW multi-layer belt dryer employs continuous cross-flow hot air and multi-layer mesh belt conveyors to gently and uniformly dehydrate sheet-like, strip-like, and granular materials without damaging their form or quality throughout the entire process.
The material is evenly spread on the stainless steel mesh belt and moves layer by layer along with the belt. Hot air flows vertically through the material layer, completing heat and mass exchange while removing moisture. The multi-layered structure extends the drying path, allowing high-moisture material to gradually dehydrate, ensuring more uniform heating and avoiding localized over-drying or under-drying.
The equipment operates smoothly with gentle material handling, minimizing breakage and pulverization, making it suitable for temperature- and form-sensitive materials such as fruits, vegetables, medicinal herbs, and catalysts. Each unit allows independent temperature and humidity adjustment, enabling compatibility with diverse material processes. The drying is completed in a sealed environment, reducing contamination and dust while consistently improving material moisture content uniformity and storage stability, serving as a reliable method for industrial continuous drying.
