Optimize the internal layout of the ZDG vibrating fluidized bed dryer based on material properties. The bed plate adopts a segmented perforated structure, with tongue shaped holes in the front section to prevent material leakage and straight holes in the back section to extend material retention time; By relying on vibration motors to provide directional excitation force, combined with hot air flow, the material is evenly fluidized, avoiding the drawbacks of dead beds and channel flow in ordinary fluidized beds, and improving heat and mass transfer efficiency.
Through PLC linkage adjustment of feed rate, inlet air temperature, ZDG vibrating fluidized bed dryer amplitude, and material layer thickness, achieving stepless parameter control; After filtering, the hot air is sent into the equipment, and the wet exhaust gas is discharged after dust removal by a cyclone separator, which not only reduces dust emissions but also recovers waste heat, saving more than 30% energy compared to conventional drying equipment.
The overall body is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, with a fully enclosed structure to prevent material pollution; The base of the ZDG vibrating fluidized bed dryer is equipped with shock-absorbing springs to reduce operating noise and facilitate easy maintenance in the later stages.
