The FG boiling fluidized bed dryer is an efficient drying equipment based on fluidization technology, suitable for drying powdered and granular materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.
The core feature of the equipment lies in its high-efficiency fluidized drying. Clean hot air is evenly distributed through the bottom gas distribution plate, causing the material to achieve a boiling fluidized state. This ensures thorough contact between particles and hot air, resulting in high heat and mass transfer efficiency, rapid drying speed, and typically only requiring 20-30 minutes per batch.
The drying process ensures excellent uniformity. The circular fluidized bed structure eliminates dead zones, and the built-in stirring device prevents agglomeration and channeling of high-moisture materials. It is suitable for particles ranging from 0.1 to 6mm in size, as well as overly wet or sticky materials. After drying, the material exhibits uniform moisture content and stable quality.
Operation is safe and clean. The closed negative pressure system, combined with anti-static filtration materials, prevents dust leakage and cross-contamination, meeting GMP requirements. The equipment features a simple structure with no residual dead corners, making it easy to disassemble, assemble, and clean, suitable for diverse cleaning scenarios.
High adaptability and easy control. Capable of handling viscous particles with a moisture content of over 15% and highly expansive materials such as konjac; equipped with precise temperature control and airflow regulation systems, supporting PLC fully automated control with minimal temperature fluctuations and user-friendly operation.
